What Affects Uniform Pricing
Uniform pricing can vary depending on several factors.

Higher-quality garments typically cost more but provide better durability and comfort.

- Embroidery
- Print transfers
- Screen printing
Embroidery is the most commonly used option for uniforms due to its durability.
Order Quantity
Larger orders can reduce the price per garment because setup and branding costs are spread across more items.
Logo Complexity
Highly detailed logos may require additional embroidery stitches or print setup.

Common questions on what branded uniforms and workwear cost, and how pricing works.
- As a guide, supplied and branded polo shirts run from about £7 to £18 each, hoodies and sweatshirts from £11 to £35, hi-vis from £8 to £25 and workwear jackets from £25 to £60. The exact price depends on the garment, the branding method and how many you order.
- A supplied and embroidered polo shirt is typically £7 to £18. A standard left-chest logo is the most cost-effective placement, and the unit price comes down as the quantity goes up.
- Setup and branding costs are spread across more garments, so the more you order, the lower the cost per item. A full team order works out cheaper per garment than a handful of pieces.
- For embroidery, first orders include a one-off logo digitising step where we turn your logo into a stitch file. After that your artwork is held on file, so re-orders carry no repeat setup. We confirm any setup cost at quote stage.
- Embroidery has a minimum of 6 garments per design, and you can mix sizes within that. DTF and screen printing have a minimum of 10. There is no minimum on re-orders of an existing design.
- Send us your garments, quantities and logo and we will return an exact quote, usually within 24 hours. As a rough guide, a typical hospitality order of 20 polos, 10 hoodies and 10 aprons comes in around £350 to £600.
